Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days. International orders can take 7–14 working days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How do I return an item?
Email us at danceavenue.home@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.

Sizing & Products

How do I know which size to order?
Our products are true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual size. If you're ever unsure or between sizes, feel free to contact us at danceavenue.home@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Are your leotards suitable for competitions?
Yes! Many of our leotards are designed with both training and competition in mind. Check individual product descriptions for details.

Do you restock sold-out items?
